Plyxon is a fairly easy-to-use and fast PL/SQL editor for Oracle. There's nothing particularly new in the database space. Most Oracle development environments take up a lot of space and are extremely slow. This software is a multithreaded client for Windows , and there are versions for other operating systems as well.
