Use a HTTP POST to create new objects, HTTP DELETE to remove objects, HTTP PUT or HTTP PATCH to update objects.

New : Delphi 13 support.
Fixed : Web Core Dataset demo (XDataWebDatasetDemo.dproj) not raising the error "Field is required" anymore, when inserting some records.
Fixed : Referencing entities with composite id would fail if one of the ids had a single quote. Now it supports encoding a single quote using two single quotes, for example /Entity(''Text '''' text'', 9).
Fixed : Referencing entities with composite id would fail if one of the ids had a comma. For example, if URL had /Entity(''Text, text'', 9) it would be interpreted as having three fields in composite id, not two.
