Upload front panels files on your main domain
Upload admin panel files in admin subdomin
In all two panels there is common file web.config open web.config in Front and Admin panel
change database connection setting in web.config as follow
Open Web.config file and change values of server name, database name,username and password in connectionStrings tag as below:
data source: your server name
initial catalog: your database name
user id: your username
password: your password
